Tail Tidies are off the shelf and are dispatched next day via 1st Class Royal Mail therefore should be with you within 1-2days!

All our products are sent out 1st Class Royal Mail therefore should be with you within 1-2days after we have notified you of dispatch. Not all items are kept in stock therefore may take a few days for us to receive them. Normal we will dispatch 2-3days.

Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service: whilst most of parcels will take to these times, there may be problems with the occasional order that prevent it being dispatched in time for next day delivery. We will notify you when order has been received to advise of expected delivery date.

If you live in the highlands, remote parts of Wales or one of the Islands surrounding Britain delivery can be 3-5working days.

The couriers will attempt to obtain a signature or leave the parcel in a safe place like a neighbors. If they are unable to do this, a calling card will be left to inform you of the attempted delivery. Couriers will generally make two attempts of delivery, after this time it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from the local delivery depot near you. We accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers.

Zone 2: Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania. 4 - 7 Working Days
Zone 3: USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, South America Up to 10 Working Days

 
FedEx will send you a Tracking number to the email address once we have arrange delivery for the package.
