Motorcycle Exhaust Technical Specification

This Dyno-test displays one of our Carbon Standard length exhausts fitted to a Yamaha R1 '99'. After a service, set of plugs and fitment of our exhaust we found there was an approx. power gain of 7 bhp from a standard exhaust.

We ran a 2003 Z1000 with standard exhausts and also fitted we our "Slash Cut" carbon exhaust to compare the difference in our product. We have found our stubby exhausts give a 4.5 BHP gain through mid range, also a gain of 0.2 BHP at top end!

• 2"/50.9mm 304 stainless steel perforated core
• Available in polished Stainless Steel, Carbon Fibre or Coloured Titanium
• Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel throughout (Including the rivets!)
• REAL carbon fibre sleeves
• All external parts are finished to a high polish
• Sound insulation - High temperature E-Glass fibre matting.
• We have found our baffle to reduce the db level by over 10db's. We have tested the level on a Z1000 & a ZX9R and found it to produce approx 101db's without the baffle inserted, this is reduced to 85.3db's with the baffle fitted. This will vary between bikes.
