Orders are sent out either by Royal Mail 48/24 Service, or by Courier depending on the size and value of the item. We typically use DHL or UPS for our courier service - again dependent on the order content.

We aim to dispatch the same day for orders received by 1pm, providing the item is in stock. You will be notified if this is not the case. Any delays with delivery after it has been sent by us are beyond our control, and we can only address items that have gone missing after the timescales set out from the Delivery companies (typically 10 working days after dispatch).

Royal Mail 24 aim to deliver within 1-2 days. We request Next Day delivery from Couriers

When the item has been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number and you will thereafter be contacted by the courier service

The delivery driver will attempt to obtain a signature from yourself, or a neighbour. We cannot instruct the courier to leave the parcel without being signed for, but you can organise a ‘safe place’ with them. They will contact you to confirm they have your items and will give you the opportunity then to arrange a safe place, if required.

If they are unable to make delivery, a calling card will be left to inform you of the attempt. Couriers will generally make two attempts of delivery; after this time it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from the local delivery depot near you.

We accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers including any charges, duties or taxes.

Great quality, plenty of adjustment to get a very good rear view, had to drill out the fixing hole and replace the fixing bolt with the correct size for my Z900 hande bar end but was no big deal in doing this.

Arrived promptly, well packaged. Easy to fit and of very good quality. Took 10 minutes to fit the pair on a 2020 Z900.
The adapters are required to fit.

Searching ages for pair of suitable bar end mirrors for 2016 BMW R1200r LC which has M10, (10mm) internal threaded bars, and for which there are hardly any standard products available. I also wanted to retain set of R&G bar end weights. The PUIG product is M6 (6mm) so I tried an M10/M6 thread adapter. Fitted OK, but then decided to drill out the M6 to an M10 bore and they fit perfectly. With a longer M10 bolt the R&G weights can also be incorporated. Result is a much neater front end with the "antennae" mirrors being removed.
Pleasure to deal with SP and to be able to talk to a living person (Dave) who was able to take time out and discuss the fitting, before purchase. I will certainly be looking at SP when next in the market for bike bits.

Bought these for my Triumph Street Triple R 2009.
Fitment is easy - BUT you will need a M5 cap head screw (M6 is supplied)
Fitment is incredibly easy. You will need - some allen keys and an adjustable spanner (to take the stock mirrors off)
Dont forget your mirror blanking screws either

Puig MT 10 bar end mirrors

Delivery was delayed slightly but wasn’t an issue and was kept informed by SP which makes a nice change. The quality of the mirrors is spot on and only took about 15 minutes to fit. The bike looks so much better than original and doesn’t have elbows blocking rear view anymore! Couldn’t be happier.
