Orders are sent out either by Royal Mail 48/24 Service, or by Courier depending on the size and value of the item. We typically use DHL or UPS for our courier service - again dependent on the order content.
We aim to dispatch the same day for orders received by 1pm, providing the item is in stock. You will be notified if this is not the case. Any delays with delivery after it has been sent by us are beyond our control, and we can only address items that have gone missing after the timescales set out from the Delivery companies (typically 10 working days after dispatch).
Royal Mail 24 aim to deliver within 1-2 days. We request Next Day delivery from Couriers

Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service: whilst most orders will be dispatched to this time-frame, very occasionally there may be a problem with an order that prevents it being dispatched in time for next day delivery.
When the item has been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number and you will thereafter be contacted by the courier service
The delivery driver will attempt to obtain a signature from yourself, or a neighbour. We cannot instruct the courier to leave the parcel without being signed for, but you can organise a ‘safe place’ with them. They will contact you to confirm they have your items and will give you the opportunity then to arrange a safe place, if required.
If they are unable to make delivery, a calling card will be left to inform you of the attempt. Couriers will generally make two attempts of delivery; after this time it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from the local delivery depot near you.
We accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers including any charges, duties or taxes.

Purchased for a Moto GP Stubby on my Speed Triple 955i
Was a tight fit (better than being loose though i guess), but with a bit of wiggling and a few gentle hammer taps she went in.
Still fairly loud but has definitely taken the edge off, the deep booming sound has been tamed a little.
Would definitely need to remove the exhaust and tap it from the the other end if I wanted to remove it, or just cut it out and buy a new one, for £25 you can't go wrong.
Would definitely recommend, Delivery was fast too.

Thanks to SP Engineering for great service as always, very fast dispatch just right for a track day on the next day.
Have had one of SP Moto GP Exhausts for several years on my ZX10R and have know put it on my brand new ZX636R track bike, its a great exhaust well made just needed a baffle to get it through a noise test at Brand Hatch, sailed through no problem, so thank again.

Bought my exhausts years ago & they still look & sound great. I accidentally bought the wrong baffle when one went walkabout during a ride but the guys were great in helping me find the correct one & it arrived in an amazingly quick time, meaning I didn't lose too much riding time
