Vulcanet Cleaning Wipes
Vulcanet® is the first Premium All-In-One Wipe that allows you to clean ANYWHERE & WITHOUT WATER!

You can use Vulcanet® everywhere, you do not require a dedicated space with a drain. No tap, no brushes or sponges, you only need to move around your machine.

How to use:
Take a wipe from the tube.
Fold in half and put it flat on the hand.
Caress the surface without rubbing. When the surface becomes slippery, you can slightly increase the pressure if needed.
Always proceed by small area at a time without scrubbing, move in slight circles.
Vulcanet traps the particles, while cleaning and applies a film on the surface to protect it.
Follow with microfibre, making a swift, light circular movement without pressing.
The high quality microfibre is not used to clean, just to finish the surface: the result is brilliant.
In case of wet weather, allow the vehicle to dry somewhat so the powerful Vulcanet solution is not diluted

Orders are sent out either by Royal Mail 48/24 Service, or by Courier depending on the size and value of the item. We typically use DHL or UPS for our courier service - again dependent on the order content.
We aim to dispatch the same day for orders received by 1pm, providing the item is in stock. You will be notified if this is not the case. Any delays with delivery after it has been sent by us are beyond our control, and we can only address items that have gone missing after the timescales set out from the Delivery companies (typically 10 working days after dispatch).
Royal Mail 24 aim to deliver within 1-2 days. We request Next Day delivery from Couriers

Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service: whilst most orders will be dispatched to this time-frame, very occasionally there may be a problem with an order that prevents it being dispatched in time for next day delivery.
When the item has been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number and you will thereafter be contacted by the courier service
The delivery driver will attempt to obtain a signature from yourself, or a neighbour. We cannot instruct the courier to leave the parcel without being signed for, but you can organise a ‘safe place’ with them. They will contact you to confirm they have your items and will give you the opportunity then to arrange a safe place, if required.
If they are unable to make delivery, a calling card will be left to inform you of the attempt. Couriers will generally make two attempts of delivery; after this time it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from the local delivery depot near you.
We accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers including any charges, duties or taxes.

As of Jan 2021, the United Kingdom left the EU. This means that Import Charges, Tax / VAT and/or Customs Duty may be payable.
We accept no responsibility for these charges and must be payable on receipt. You will be contacted by your relevant authority and failure to pay these charges will mean your order will be returned or destroyed.
